Rofiles runs on a Windows PC or server and works without you having to do anything. It detects new files in the folders you choose, uses AI (choice between ChatGPT or Gemini) to create a short, useful summary if you want, converts the text to speech, and then play the audio, sends it to your preferred place: email, FTP, Slack, Telegram, or a local folder.
The result: essential information reaches the listener quickly and independently.

Simple to setup, What it does, step by step

Rofiles is working on actions organized in a scenario, for this case we use the action to summarize a document, then text-to-audio and finally the audio file saved on disk.

1. Folder monitoring:
Rofiles watches the folders you specify in real time.

2. Smart summary:
When a new document arrives, it can generate a concise AI summary (or keep the full text). You have full access to the prompt, so you can define specific instructions like if the document is an invoice you need the sender, the due date,...

3. Natural speech:
The text is converted into a clear audio file, exactly like an human. By default the option to play audio is set, that's mean the document converted to audio will be played at the end of the process, if multiple documents, they will play one by one.


4. Flexible delivery
Audio is sent wherever it’s most useful: messaging apps, email, cloud/FTP, or saved locally.
