HOW IT WORKS
Installation and setup are straightforward. Please see the initial three steps to get started.
You may select either a local or network folder, including any subfolders, where users or applications deposit files. Advanced options allow specification of destination folders for successful or failed processing outcomes.
For each folder, establish a scenario that includes multiple conditions and actions. Available actions include converting documents to PDF or image formats, modifying files by adding or removing pages, applying stamps, and utilizing AI capabilities such as summarization, translation, transcription, or converting text to audio. Processed files can then be routed to a printer, FTP server, email, Teams, Telegram and more.
Scenarios defined for each folder are executed as new files are detected, after which files are transferred to a designated processed folder. Monitoring continues seamlessly for any subsequent files. The application operates as a background Windows service, eliminating the need for users to remain signed in to Windows.
